Terms & Conditions of Sale
These terms and conditions are applicable to all events whether delivered in person or online.
• Tickets sold by Te Matatiki Toi Ora The Arts Centre are sold on behalf of the organisation responsible for this event and subject to the conditions applicable to this event.
• For any tickets purchased online or in person at a discounted price (if applicable), it will be necessary to show the relevant ID at the venue.
• Each person, including children, must have a ticket. Ticket sharing is not permitted.
• The right of admittance is reserved. Latecomers will not be admitted until a suitable break in the performance or event. If other conditions apply they will be displayed at the entrance to the venue.
• Photography, filming and recording during the event is strictly prohibited except before or after the event.
• Reserved seating (if not a General Admission event) is sold as the best available. In some circumstances we may be unable to meet your requested seat preference - in this instance, tickets will be allocated as close as possible to your requested seating.
• Tickets for all events are on a first come, first served basis.
• Some events offer a table booking option. Where this has been requested, all endeavours will be made to ensure your request is accommodated however this cannot be guaranteed.
• Te Matatiki Toi Ora The Arts Centre reserves the right to change artists, event programme, cancel an event or to change the date, time, or venue of any event.
Cancellation
• Tickets purchased via the Te Matatiki Toi Ora The Arts Centre box office or website are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged, except as required by law.
• If an event is cancelled by Te Matatiki Toi Ora The Arts Centre, patrons will be offered either a full refund, a credit, offered the option to change to another event (if a similar one is available) or offered the option to make a part of full donation to Te Matatiki Toi Ora The Arts Centre.
• If the date of an event is changed, we will contact you to offer either a full refund, a credit, or a transfer to the revised date.
Privacy
• Your personal details will be collected and used to keep you informed about the event, and if opted in, your personal details will be used to keep you informed about Te Matatiki Toi Ora The Arts Centre's news and events . Crowd Release Consent
• By attending an event at Te Matatiki Toi Ora The Arts Centre, you enter an area where photography, audio and video may occur.
• By entering the event venue, you consent to any photography, audio recording, video recording or interviews(s) and its/their release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for promotional purposes, news, inclusion on Te Matatiki Toi Ora The Arts Centre website, social media or digital channels. Images, photos, and/or videos may be used to promote similar events in the future, highlight the event and promote the mahi of Te Matatiki Toi Ora The Arts Centre.
• By entering the event venue, you waive all rights you may have to claims for payment or royalties in connection with any use of these materials.
